Please understand that these shipping times are estimates, and the time frame begins once the fulfillment process is complete. Standard shipping times are typically faster but may be subject to delays. Our main supplier is based in China, and we also have a supplier in the US for select products. We work directly with our fulfillment partners, who have excellent systems in place to individually inspect each item for quality control. After this process, they ship the products safely and directly to our customers. We have great partners who help us provide high-quality service to our customers, and by working with them, we can save on storage and similar costs. This means we can keep our prices below average and offer a better deal to our customers.
